Tres Parilla

Tres Parilla = 3 Steaks, which Andrew had this evening. No, he did not reach some god-like feet. He simply had an unfortunate ordering experience and a very pleasant, hard working waiter.

Andrew's first steak was literally a milk-steak. A steak boiled in cream. He said it tasted like a gym shoe (see pic) the waiter immediately brought him a new steak (same cut as mine), however it was well-done, not medium rare (apunto) like mine. Unsatisfied with this, Andrew offered to pay for a third steak, which he got. The waiter only charged for 1, but Andrew tipped generously!!
